King Ranch Privacy Policy

King Ranch, Inc. provides this notice to explain how we collect, use, and share personal information about you when you enter into a transaction with King Ranch related to its hospitality, hunting, and/or tourism operations.  King Ranch does not collect sensitive personal information; we may collect or control the collection of the following categories of personal information: General Identifiers (e.g. name, postal address, email address), Commercial Information (e.g. records of services or goods purchased), and Financial Data (i.e. information needed to complete a transaction with us that involves payment).  We collect this information only when you choose to provide it and the information is solely used by us to complete the subject transaction and facilitate the service for which you are entering into the transaction.  King Ranch does not process Financial Data directly.  Our payment processors handle your Financial Data and each payment processor has its own privacy policy that will apply to you; King Ranch is not responsible for the actions of those third parties that are not under our exclusive control.  King Ranch only shares your personal information with our payment processors and with third parties when required or compelled by law.  We only store the information for as long as it is required for the transaction and service to be provided and to satisfy any legal obligations we are bound to fulfill.  Information collected is not sold by King Ranch.

Where applicable, data subjects have certain rights they can request for King Ranch to fulfill.
